Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle hands-on (or off) practice of channeling life force energy. It is a powerful yet gentle and loving way to help deepen relaxation. This helps aid the body and mind for healing. A client receiving reiki lies on a massage table or sitting in a chair, fully clothed. While you can talk during a session it is best to quiet the mind and be as present and relaxed as possible. You will receive sound therapy and aromatherapy to help deepen the experience and water is provided to hydrate. We will have time before and after your session to have a chat. Session length is 60 minutes. Distance Reiki is also offered for those who can't make it in for an in person session, or if you would like to request it for someone else. Reiki does not impede on ones free will and is done in agreement with the souls higher self/purpose.
Energy work is much like exercise, the more regularly you engage in the process the more effective the sessions can be. Energy work is best described as an onion, with many layers and the more layers you clear the more freedom you experience. Book your session today! Located in Surrey, B.C.

About Me
Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Christina. Over the years people have come to me for advice including strangers in passing. I have been told I have a calming and uplifting energy about me that makes them feel comfortable to be around and to talk to. I have always been a nurturer and have loved helping or being of service to others. I have spend most of my working life in customer service sectors such as the hospitality and tourism industry as well as 8 years as a patient coordinator for a well respected plastic surgeon. My main role was teaching and preparing patients for their transformations by guiding them step by step. My spiritual awakening happened back in 2013 and I have been a sponge for research into life's big questions, the evolution of humanity and personal development ever since. I am a certified Reiki practitioner and Life Coach. It is my absolute passion to help others live their best life. I feel it is a huge time for humanity to heal and see their connection to all things for the greater good of all. I have an amazing husband and we have three children ages 27, 17 and 11.
